POWDER COATING

W. KENDALL & SONS INC.
IS
"SETTING THE STANDARD FOR POWDER COATING"

Our standard finish for all restoration projects involves a two coat process.  The first coat is a corrosion resistant primer.  This is followed by a top coat of U.V. resistant TGIC powder, and oven cured.  This system has a salt spray rating of over 4,000 hours.

We are experienced in the "Specialty" area of POWDER COATINGS.  We offer functional "corrosion control" as well as decorative powder applications for small runs, and one of a kind items.

We powder coat and high temperature cure large pieces often beyond the size limitations of other powder coating applicators.  We routinely process items larger than a pickup truck.***Items such as advertising signs, automotive frames, undercarriage parts, structural steel, and fabricated assemblies.

APPLIED POWDERS INCLUDE:

  • Epoxies

  • Polyesters

  • Hybrid-Polyester/Epoxies

  • Urethanes

  • Decorative Texture Finishes

  • Nylon

  • Kynar

  • Haylar

  • Fused PVC Vinyl

  • Polyethelene Thermal Melts

Several of these coatings offer "non-stick" surface properties, when it is of importance for special processes or engineering designs.
